FEATURES
  • The frame of machine is made from high tensile rolled steel.
  • Parallelism is insured by a hydraulic balancing system, which is backed up by a large torsion tube connected to each end frame and then attached to ram by means of two clivi, which virtually insure absolute parallelism.
  • Repeatability is insured through use of mechanical dead stops built into the hydraulic cylinders; these stops are adjusted by a motor which drives a large screw pushing the stops open or closed.  With this system absolute repeatability is ensured.
  • Control of ram by foot pedal.
  • Machine can be operated by means of selector switch, either in full cycle (fast approach, slow bend, fast return), or in inching cycle (fast down until you take your hand or foot off the switch).  The inching expedites set up of tooling
  • Incluldes: Mapers 2 axis back gauge, Upper Punch and Multiple opening bottom die and two support arms
