The KOMBI™ Advantage - Changing tools from straight tooling to box and pan tooling is fast and easy with the Kombi™ beam, a patented rotating upper beam.
This combination tool holder rotates in only 7 seconds so you can use both straight and box tooling during a single bending cycle without long setups and without stacking parts.
This clever design allows the operator to rotate the Kombi™ beam automatically and simply - all within the CNC part program.
Precision Backgauge features:
Uses a widely-spaced linear way system
Linear guide ways provide superb accuracy, low maintenance and sliding friction as low as 1/50 of other slideway systems
Servo-driven motor for pinpoint accuracy and low noise operation. the state-of-the-art backguage is available in depths of 40, 80, or 120 inches.
Designed with multiple disappearing positioning stops and is able to precisely position the backgauge in under two seconds.
Multiple sets of position stops which increases productivity five fold over competitive models which offer only a single set of fingers.
Strategic placement of the positioning stops allows for multiple parts, as narrow as 4", to be formed at one time.
